FireWire NI offer complete testing and repair of any burglar alarm system through our maintenance programme, even though we may have not installed your burglar alarm system in the first place.

Under our maintenance programme we offer a complete range of alarm testing and repair packages, all of which can be tailored to meet your budget in terms of monthly or annual methods of payment.

The first of these programmes includes:

 A comprehensive care package for your alarm system that includes the cost of all testing, replacement parts and labour charges, included in one set annual maintenance fee.

The second programme includes:

An annual test only of your alarm system, with the cost of any replacement parts and labour charges, charged as per our usual rate.

Aftercare Policy - Only burglar alarm systems that have been installed by the company or systems that have been installed by other professional alarm companies will be considered for our aftercare maintenance. Systems that fail to meet this standard of installation will only be considered for aftercare after a full technical inspection of the alarm system, and that the client is in posession of all technical and user handbooks relating to that alarm system. The company holds the right to decline any request to repair or maintain an alarm system that has been clearly purchased or is deemed as a DIY Alarm System, this will include alarm systems purchased from any DIY Stores or Mail Order Companies.
